We proudly offer a 12-month guarantee on all labour and workmanship for boiler repairs, servicing, installations, and all general plumbing work carried out by our engineers. If any issues arise directly due to our workmanship within this 12-month period, we commit to returning promptly to diagnose and fix them at no additional cost to you.

How to Make a Claim under Our Guarantee

If you believe there is an issue covered by our workmanship guarantee or a manufacturer’s warranty on a part we supplied.

1. Contact Us Promptly

Please get in touch as soon as possible, ideally within the 12-month workmanship guarantee period, by emailing info@ni-gas.co.uk or calling 01274 214666.

2. Provide Details

Clearly describe the service performed, the date of service, and the nature of the problem you are experiencing.

3. Assessment & Resolution

We will arrange for a qualified engineer to assess the issue promptly. If it's covered by our guarantee, we will resolve it efficiently and at no further charge. For manufacturer warranty claims, we will assist you with the necessary steps to pursue that claim.
