Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Appointments:

You may cancel or reschedule your standard appointment free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We appreciate your cooperation in providing timely notice.

  • Late Cancellations:

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. This fee helps to cover the cost of the engineer’s allocated time and any operational preparations already undertaken.

  • Emergency Call-Outs:

Emergency or same-day call-outs are subject to special terms due to their immediate nature. If you cancel an emergency appointment after an engineer has been dispatched or is enroute, specific fees may apply as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

  • Service Dissatisfaction:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We are committed to your satisfaction and will promptly assess the issue. Our primary goal is always to work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include returning to rectify the work.

  • Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We prioritize resolving issues through repair, rework, or alternative solutions before a refund is issued. Our aim is to ensure the work meets our high standards and your expectations.

  • No Refunds:

Refunds are generally not available for emergency call-out fees once the engineer has attended or been dispatched, unless explicitly agreed upon during the booking process due to specific circumstances.
